$20 goes to the person who helps get my PC working again. Make it $30!!!! I seriously need help!!

I have 2 x 200gb hdd's setup on RAID. I tried replacing the CPU fan only to find the new fan did not have a 4 pin plug for a 3 pin socket on the m/board. Hence, changing back to original fan. Now the problem is it won't boot windows. Comes up with this error:

    RAID VOLUMES
ID NAME LEVEL STRIP SIZE STATUS BOOTABLE
    0 RAID_0 RAID(STRIPE) 128Kb 372.6 FAILED
    NO

    PHYSICAL DISKS
PORT DRIVE MODEL SERIAL# SIZE TYPE/STATUS(VOL ID)
    0 WDC blahblah blahblah 186.3
    MEMBER DISK (o)

Anyone recognise this? Your help would be greatly appreciated if you could let me know what to do. Only through this thread please as I don't have MSN or Yahoo on this laptop I am using.

    Thanks,

    Col :)
