having knowledge in programming to run an electronic business

    I have been programming for 2 years in html, php, mysql to be able to run my own website, now i will focus on marketing.

    Can i now focus on marketing if i hire a programmer and let him setting up my websites ?

    I mean can i trust a coder or a webdesigner or will i have to get informed about new programming and webdesign technics in the future ?

    I hope you understand what i mean because i am french.

    If you have been programming for two yrs, why dont you start with working for yourself first. I mean its best to trust yourself and will work out more economical for you too. If you do well in internet marketing, may be then you can hire help and guide him through.

    I suggest you do the job yourself. It's hard to find somebody you can really trust most especially with online business.

    You should do it the other way around...

    You're a programmer right? So why don't you focus on programming and leave the marketing to someone else?
