Having Issues with Invoice Search

    Hello,

    We had an unexpected server (host) shutdown due to power loss (Hurricane Katrina). After bringing up the server (host) we had a bit of trouble in getting into OptiGold. It did some file recoveries. But we were finally able to get it going.

    However at the preset, any search fuction for invoices, picks up a 'ghost' selection criteria and comes up with a dialog box which says, no invoices that match the selected critera.

    We are running Optigold ver 3.3.4, host is a win2k server. have re-built indexes.

    (Even Maintenance / export raw data / invoice data does not work. it gives error that "There are no invoices in the date range specified" when the current month is slected in the date range.

    Any/ all suggestions would be helpful.

    If you already recovered the files, you may want to do an upgrade, since it will extract the raw data out and put it into a known good set of data files.
