Having exatly 5.2K$ :any sugession

hello,

i have done some services and have money finally collected 5.2K$

what i want is i want to invest all this money and generate atlest 100$ a day after 8 months or an year

i have lost of time to work

what should i do

-setting up a blog network
-im good at developing vidoes sites so shall i make 2 video site
-im good at file hosting sites too

any sugession im a bit serious about 100$ a day in a consistent way can extend budget

have you tried affiliate marketing? a lot of money is invested before you can get things in the righ place, i suggest you do some careful reading in the forum about different ways. you can never know what works without experiencing it..goodluck!

 

I would look for a website for sale that currently has revenue and has big upside potential and then work it like crazy.

 

true i metioned there i have lots of time to work but unable to decide which types of site i should build

I would definitely advise picking up sites that already have momentum, and are generating revenue and then focusing your energies on developing those. If you know how to market a site, and how to get your name out there your $100/day target shouldn't be too far off.

 

Buy a few sites with long-term revenue and traffic then your on your way

 

Hey Harsha wat about setting up some 50 proxy sites and market them I am sure that it will earn some good revenue thru adsense though the investment needed is not large

Honestly, I think that money would be better invested in the physical world. Save up for buying a business of some sort. Invest in real estate or the money market.

Blowing it all on an internet project is risky because there is no guarantee you will even make half of what you invested back. Things like being hacked, getting banned from Adsense, and numerous other things will plague the journey to making a living from the internet.

I wouldn't invest it all on the internet if you are depending on this money for a job. If the money isn't that important to you, then go for it. I wouldn't recommend a filehosting site or video site, though- they are far too common.

Find something unique to buy or create.

 

zac439, you really can't probably buy anything (busines, real estate, whatever) in real world with $5k. And internet will give him MAX ROI for $5k. I don't know things besides forex and criminal which will give this for $5k in real world.

 

Real estate can be bought for only 10% of the actual value. This would make a $50,000 piece of property in reach of purchase.

Reselling, renting, leasing, developing, and renovating the property can all lead to a profit if done correctly.

Beyond that, small businesses like car washes or snow cone stands cost around that much, if not less.

 

And they need really more time than website costs $5k.

Real estate don't bring any serious money, but most safest - that's for sure.

Well, what to say there is a lot of risks in web, but a lot of gain as well. I can always buy these real estates and this small business, but probably soon can't buy website which will give $500-$1000/month for really peanuts. That's why I would buy site.

Also based on what he said and cause we are on DP I am more than sure he can operate the site more productive then with real estates or car washes I assume.

I would try that, too. I would buy a well developed site that has potential and is making revenue. But be careful, as there might be a reason why these sites are being sold.

 

My suggestion would be to NOT invest it all on one website. You can however keep an eye out for some good deals. Keep in mind that there are a lot of scammers online though. I know someone who has purchased 3 sites, one was as the seller said it was, one succeeded the expectations with a little additional marketing, and the third was a total flop...

If you do invest it all into one site, make sure you check all angles before putting the money on the table.

 

Develop 1-2 max 4 websites in your area of knowledge and hobbys and invest in SEO and marketing ....

 

After being in business for a longtime and tried everything under the sun, I can honestly say that DOMAIN NAME INVESTING is the best thing that has ever happened to me. It's better than stocks, real estates, etc.
