    "BIN lowered to $50"
    "BIN lowered to $40"
    "BIN lowered to $30"
    ........
    or

    BIN Set to "$55"
    BIN Set to "$45"
    BIN Set to "$35"

    "Any one?"
    "any one else"?
    "any one ?added one again"
    "sorry.i forget write "expired"ent time"........."
    "added one again"

    .....

    Thanks
    :)

Yes, ALL of the following are considered bumping.

As you can tell, list I posted is not an exhaustive list of what we see as bumps. One drawback of posting any list is then users try to say, "Hay my type post was not included in the list." The list is posted only to give some general guidelines.

In my eyes these type posts

    "BIN lowered to $50"
    "BIN lowered to $40"
    "BIN lowered to $30"
    ........
    or

    BIN Set to "$55"
    BIN Set to "$45"
    BIN Set to "$35"

come under the heading of the sequential type posts and go along with the countdown to end of auction type posts.

Certainly these posts listed below look like bumps to me.

    "Any one?"
    "any one else"?
    "any one ?added one again"
    "added one again"

Ultimately, it is up to each mod to look at each thread in question and posting history of the poster to decide what is appropriate.
