Having a hell of a time getting another paypal account because of a limitation

    This is a nightmare.

I have a permanent limitation on my paypal account. I've been with them for years and year but now they have decided to strike hard. I cannot do anything with it.
Without paypal there is really no reason to continue working online. There is barely a reason to even continue on living.

I don't want to make an attempt and screw up one little thing and they lock it again.

    Anyone have any ideas:
How the hell can I get a new account without them just locking it again?

Or are there any other processors that are good enough that people can freely pay just like paypal?

Moneybookers and Payza can be good alternatives to paypal.
If you still need a new paypal account you can open a new one and slightly change the way you write your name or use a middle name.
If you need any assistance to withdraw your limited account, or verify your new account please let me know

Why they permanently limit your account? anyway you can use alternative ways to accept Paypal from customers using services like Plimus and 2CO, Plimus is free to join 2CO has a initial fee of $49 by using both these services you'll sill able to receive funds to your PP account or to a Payoneer debit card which can be used to withdraw from local ATM machines.

I made the mistake of accepting donations from an adult based site.

    Sorry to heard about that
As you mentioned that you are using paypal for years and now you get permanent limited due to accepting the donations from and adult site. that's very clear that it will not be any problem if you are using it in right way without any mistake done.
what you can do is open another account with another credit card and always be careful, then it will be safe
