Hi, since a week ago I've been having a hard time contacting my AM (Peter) or Jeremy from Adscend Media. It shows my payment sent out on August 15th on their website. It was wired from the US to Canada. I still have yet to see it in my bank, I've called my bank, etc, nothing. I am assuming something went wrong with the transfer because it's been 10 business days to date. INT wires from US to Canada do not take that long. So, all I want to do is contact someone from Adscend to get me on track to what went wrong, if it will be re-issued, if it's delayed or what. Now, I'm not hating on Adscend, they're a great company. But I'm having trouble contacting ANYONE. Peter has not been on AIM the past few days, I have emailed Jeremy (In charge of payments) 2 days ago and still have not seen a response. They don't have a phone number so I can't call them. I just made this so maybe an Adscend staff member could pass this on. Hoping to see my payment soon. Lucas (twclucifer@hotmail.com)
This is getting rediculous, I'm honestly starting to think I've been scammed. Jeremy/Peter both haven't been on AIM the past 2 days. ffs. It says on Adscend Media's homepage "Dedicated Support Team" I emailed, been waiting for my AM or Jeremy to get on AIM for 2 days. I don't see the dedication here. Maybe I'm just getting paranoid, but I really need to talk to someone to get to the bottom of what exactly happened with the transfer. It should be simple, if it didn't go through it's still in AM's hands and they can re-issue it. Hard part is finding someone to talk to, not like they offer phone support.
