having 3 accounts from same physical computer

    we have 3 accounts from same physical computer and the account holders are different persons
    we access these accounts from office computer and have no choice because one computer is available and want to get avoid of banned
    previously they were banned but did not claimed because i think miss used
    however need help
    it will be best if merged into one

    we work in 3 shifts that is actually local telephone exchange and a single computer provided us to maintain directory
    why i want to merge because as a colleague we know each others passwords and as a friends cant hide from each other
    if a colleague get banned in first shift may be the second shift use another and get banned that is what happened last time
