    Don't use any service for SEO. Do SEO manually and with your hand other wise it will consider spamming. And don't use automatic submission or any software for SEO.

    However i feel some people do not have sufficient time to get their SEO done and they have to outsource them.. You can't be using all your time doing SEO only right...:)

    We do SEO works. We sometimes use bots when clients want us to use them.

    From your point of view as a SEO service provider which gives long term result...Manual or bot and maybe it will be good if you can list down the advantages and disadvantages...:)
