Probably not... If they're a premium publisher, then they have different rules + ads than us.

Has anyone else noticed a lower CPC since the new ads? My CTR dropped 0.40% (no big deal), but my CPC dropped to half what it was before. Are advertisers paying less or is google taking more?

Why would your account get banned? Your earnings will be lower, your account won't get banned unless you disclose your CTR + eCPM (which isn't allowed).

I noticed it on my blog yesterday and so far today my CTR is more than double what it usually is. I don't think it is in relation to the clickable area change, just a weird coincidence. My EPC is also up considerably recently.

I'm using 728x90 ads. After the change, my CTR was 40% lower and my CPC was 20% lower. I figured this change would be ok since more assurance for the advertisers would logically mean more spending, and then lead to higher CPC. But a lower CTR AND CPC? Very strange.

Guess I'm "late to the party" on this one but I didn't even realize the change had occurred -- CTR is still the same - usually over 10% :)
