Have you used Squidoo?

This is brilliant site for boosting up your marketing campaign. At the initial stage, they use to give do follow links from this site but things have changed and now we can only get no follow links from this website. Still this website is used by a large section of people. What is your concept about it?

 

That is not very good

 

It used to be good, but nowadays it changed the policies so is not as good as it was. But anyway the most important part is the lens you write, content and keyword rich, the links might be no follow, but your doing branding and that is quite helpful.

 

A Squid page with good (interesting) content can only generate interest in your product/service. Its a good thing.

 

I used to use Squidoo a lot, but my earnings from it were very low so I havent updated many of my lenses recently. It's like anything else, you have to put in the work to benefit from it and I have moved on to other things.

 

I created a new lens recently, but it hasn't generated much revenue.

 

Yes, I have used Squidoo - its generates no sales and almost no traffic. The amount of time I put into building the lens was not worth the return. In my opinion, it was a waste of time.

99.9% of the lenses created will return almost no traffic. Its the .1% that does generate sales and traffic that keeps people going back. Its kinda like a lottery ticket, chances are its going to be a loser.

 

I tried it once, didnt really help me much.. Has it improved?
