If you have used 7Search.com how was it for you? Was it a successful campaign or not? What type of product were you selling i.e. ebooks or software?
hey tony, Unfortunately i haven't used it you know i love Google but after having a look at it's testimonials section i was impressed, you can give it a shot and see whether it works for you. All the best.
Out of all the non-mainstream engines, I'd say that 7search is one of the top 5. Others that may be worth your time are search123, abcsearch, and miva
I had a lot of luck using it for arbitrage sites showing Adsense ads. I've tried using it for Affiliate sales, but it wasn't as successful. The thing you have to watch about 7search is the network search engines that also offer ads. When you do keyword research, you may see the top position can be bought for .10, but once you add the keyword to your campaign, you may find out that the other network's tied to 7Search are actually bidding 1.00 for the top spot. It'll make more sense once you dig in. Just be aware, the price you see isn't always the price you need to pay for positioning.
Once you signed up with 7s, ask to cut off searchfeed traffic unless you like to pay for fraud clicks.
What kind of impact does that have? Tony, I noticed your sig. I found 7Search to be good for International traffic.
For those who are too lazy to type the address here is the direct link http://7search.com/ Even their home page looks commercial.. as if they dont give importance to the search....
7search is one of the best providers if you want to monetize ppc wise however they're quite picky on the terms but do offer some nice payouts for certain keywords... ppc click fraud is rampant in all those xml feeds so be careful. As for search I really don't know but I know they feed ALOT of results to domain parking companies which ultimately get found on google etc. The people there are nice to talk to and very helpful. I guess it depends on if you want to be an advertiser or publisher really.. 7search is ok in my opinion. They are definately in the top 5
