I haven't upgraded because I have a fairly old pc and I'm going to buy a new pc with windows 8 already on it. Can't wait till I get to experience windows 8.

I used Windows 8 since it's Release Preview. I find it faster than Win7, and it boots fast also.

I purchased Start8 recently so I could get that Windows 7 start menu feeling back ^_^

I use it on my pc and I am very happy with Windows 8. I believe is a lot faster than 7 and a lot cheaper at the moment also. I have to say, it took me around 2 weeks to get used to, but it is excellent now. I highly advise Windows 8

Windows 8 is surprisingly good. Not a Vista by any means. We are finding faster boots, faster network speeds, perfect stability. Just learn some Windows key shortcuts to ease the learning curve. These will get you started:

Windows Key - switch between the new Start screen and desktop.
Windows key + Q - Apps list and search (replaces start button > Programs)
Windows key and C - access new Charms bar - useful for accessing Settings or Windows I goes straight to settings

This is change for the better, and at the current prices they are offering Windows 8 at, I think it's worth the upgrade. Going from Windows 7 to Windows 8 was effortless.
