    A lot of people were involved in PR sculpting but Matt Cutts recently invalidated the whole theory ;-)

    I support reading what Matt Cutts had to say about it. My favorite part to take away: Focus on these things rather than sculpting:

    1) making great content that will attract links in the first place, and 2) choosing a site architecture that makes your site usable/crawlable for humans and search engines alike.
