I can verify that 000webhost is indeed a scam, total fraud.

I have been an affiliate of theirs for four months, and ave not been paid a dime. I refer an average of 5 new clients daily, so the 20 minimum for payout isn't an issue.

Like everyone else, once you have 20 accounts that are ready to be paid, they change the terms to 60 days. After 60 days they avoid you. Once you start asking questions, they ban you. Take it a step further like me, and they block you IP making it look like their site is down. (I can only view their website by proxy now)

I have found dozens of affiliates that are owed between $100 and $4,000 each. Combined this makes for a major fraud case, but each individual needs to file a claim. Don't get me wrong, I never expect to be paid a dime. But I am annoyed, and I know how to drive traffic, so guess what? I am driving traffic against them.

Please take two minutes to fill out a fraud report at:
http://www.ic3.gov (FBI online fraud report site)
    http://www.ftc.gov

With enough complaints, perhaps they will be made an example of. I make a living as an affiliate marketer, so companies like this really bother me. I am fortunate to have great clients who do pay, but 000webhost is not one of them.

Feel free to get in touch with me too. There are a lot of us who have been scammed. Considering that we all know how to drive a little traffic, there is no reason why a combined effort can not shut down 000webhost.

"Announcement: we have started to use 60 days signup verification procedure (we used 30 days signup verification system before). That is because we received lots of fraudulent signups especially from Vietnam and China and we need more time to check everything. So if you have referred user today, it will be credited in 2 months. We need these 2 months to protect us from fraudulent signups. We are sorry if we made any inconveniences for you and let us to know if you have any questions.

This is a list of your payments. We will send payment when your account reaches $100 balance. Payment is sent on the first day of new month.

At the moment you have 29 signups ($145) ready to be paid (29 signups are active for 60 days or more). Payment will be issued on the first day of new month."

I have 57 signups that haven't canceled and 20 that have canceled since October. The do not pay. We will never see a dime!

I reported again after 2 months to:
http://www.ic3.gov (FBI online fraud report site)
    http://www.ftc.gov

I dont worry much about money... just dont like to see that it is actually still running and others get caught.

I know this is an old thread, but if you guys are looking for a good hosting affiliate program one I know for a fact pays out is pitchblackhosting.com. They run promotions from time to time and give stuff away too. Not cars or anything, tshirts and coffee mugs, and of course money.

It's always a good idea to find reviews from members who have been paid and repeatedly before investing your time and effort on an affiliate program
