    I've looked into many WP sites and they all seem to be extremely slow. Have you seen a fast one? A fast one with a proper theme, for example gamespot-like theme, or something alike. Share your thoughts.

    High traffic WP sites should be using a caching plugin. It's pretty much mandatory if on shared hosting.

    @heredia21 First view's 18s, second view's 10s. Extremely slow.

    @dcristo They are using those and CDN services. Well, most of them anyway. Checked into that.

    I've seen some fasts ones using CDN, caching, and nginx.
