So I quit smoking 19 weeks ago today! I also lost 14 pounds in like 6 weeks!

    Things are good

    I'm 29 today!

Anyone else ever quit? If so how are you doing?

I quit for over 3 years, I do hope to quit again and this time for good. I can't stand the taste of them, they make me sick, yet I still smoke them.

congratulations! I am going on 1 year cig free. Still want one every day, I smoked for 15 years and it took me 4 times to quit for it to stick for good (each quit lasted about 6 months). My body can't go through quitting again, so I am done for good.

I gave up in 2001. The first 6 months were difficult, but it gets easier every day - stick with it! :)

I quit last a year and three moths ago. I used to smoke Marlboro Reds. Can't say that quitting has made me feel any better health wise, although it will sure payoff in the long run.

Go cycling or swimming with a heavy smoker - it will make you feel like a super hero :)

Nope, cause I never started to begin with :D

Good luck to those who are though and hope that once you quit you keep away, especially with prices rising on cigs now. Also remember to put that money you save to good use :D

I smoked for 9 years and have have quit 3 years back. I used to smoke about 20 cig/day and one fine day I stopped from 20 to 0. The good thing now is that I can stand the smoke if anybody is smoking near me.
