just make an info site about something you like...then slowly expand it into a site about info on lots of things, then start adding articles, maybe tutorials, then add some spiffy stuff when you get better, then maybe adsense...

you can start with just about anything at all

domainname.whatever/cpanel should get you there. Great way to add a blog and a forum for free.

never learned anything in school............but then all the seo and site and blog making stuff we learn on dp. as rightly pointed out, there are sufficient stuffs on the internet to learn, i have learnt everything on the net!
