I guess it will make bitcoin seam more legitimate. But I think paypal will not hold bitcoin but just insta-sell it that will put more bitcioins for sale and keep pushing the price down.

Well PayPal has taken a partial step towards partnership with Bitcoin.

    According to Forbes,

This indeed is a positive step towards making Bitcoin more globally acceptable & available.

I agree with you Hyper Free...it will make all the difference to see whether Paypal holds on to it or gets rid of it right away. Just like with any other currency, if people are wanting to keep it...it has value to them, but if they are wanting to quickly get rid of it for something more valuable...it makes the currency more unstable. It could be good or bad for bitcoin as a whole...but I think Paypal is a big enough player in the economy that we'll be able to see for ourselves fairly quickly!

I have used bitcoins few times. It's awesome in some cases. I hope it should be more awesome in future.
I worry about keeping it, as value is decreasing now a days.

It's a difficult decision, isn't it? The more people that hold onto them, the more valuable they are, yet no one wants to be the one holding them when everyone else is getting rid of them quickly. Economics is a funny beast that way. Funny and completely unpredictable sometimes, especially when you're talking about a new currency.

right now you pay 1% to cash in and nothing to pass money around. That's 1/3 or 1/5 what it costs to accept credit cards.

I think it is here to stay...
