I've heard of them and for the most part you are offered plenty of tools to help in SEO but you aren't going to be guaranteed top listings without putting in some work that honestly you could do with something like webceo or IBP. Not worth the money for experienced SEO'rs but if you're a newbie to SEO you'll learn how to tweak your site from it.
