Have you ever gotten banned from adsense and then get accepted again? or have you successfully appealed your case? Id like to know if anyone has achieved this.

    Thanks

    Yes it has been done,

Not to me of course. Look if you really play by the rules and get banned Google will listen to your case.

Right, so if you can prove that you didn't do something wrong then you can often get re-aceppted.

Of course, the best thing is to not get banned in the first place. If you are getting click-bombed tell them (they probably already know) but it shows them that you know whats going on.

Very rarely do you get back in, and even then you have to had been banned unjustly, and have all the evidence to back that assertion up. Many people who were banned justly, then reapplied and got back in again, are quickly caught and banned again (from the cases that I have seen). Remember that you're just one guy with an Internet account; they are a 1000 geeks with Masters Degrees in computer science. ;)

I think if there is some problem then google gives a warning.. but i don't know whether they give warning for everything.. but once I remember I got a warning from google that one of my site was popping up an activeX which was not allowed. So they warned me and I removed it.

Generally you will get warnings for content violations of the TOS but not for click related ones.
