No. I never hired any freelancer for photo editing because my company already have two photo editors and one video editor.
It depends. Because I believe we already have good and talented designers and editors in our company, we are not considering any outsourcing guys. But if we have any specific project then we may hire.

Everyone here has a company and has full time employees. yet they post on this forum to increase post counts. I stopped SEO and has quite the industry. SEO or Internet is dead.
I have often wondered about that myself. There are a few big shots that supposedly have *HUGE* companies, yet they practically live on here. One guy even showed us pictures of his multi million dollar mansion that he said was his. I can only find time for about 5 minutes a day, maybe two or three times a week to come on here.
Must be very busy getting backlinks from facebook and reddit. It also encourages professional photographers to go all out with their photography efforts since experts take care of the editing bit.
