Lamb and turkey which is perfectly normal but not mentioned in your list :) and rabbit which was nice.

Id like to try duck, pheasant, horse, buffalo, alligator, id probably try most small edible birds.

Rabbit and Deer... Rabbits are soft. Pink meat.

Did not like the deer. Ate it because it was something new... and very rare... But wasn't worth it...

    Kangaroo steaks, crocodile meat...

Kangaroo steak is commonly found in the supermarket. Very tender, dark red meat.

Being in India, my options are very limited :-(

But I've managed to try out rabbit, Quail, turkey, lamb/goat and several varieties of fishes.
