have you try ic3.gov,I file with him for 3 case after I have getting scam that lose me $100 from solidinvestments.com,I file report to them after getting scam by nigerian 419 and I file report to them after getting scam by people who sent me "Fake real visa traveller cheque"well what are you have you ever file your case at ic3 and find "response from your report?
And that was just $100. I reported them with a scam of $700 which happened with me long back and I never heard from them. May be because I live in India and they might not be covering that region.
