nice tips here.. most common is going to the gym and just plain exercise.. i guess nothing beats a good ol sweat but seeing as i am overweight i shall be trying these tips out. cheers!

I've lost about 10kg during the last 2.5 months. I was suprised that it wasn't so hard. Just stopped eating all sweets: my daily ice-cream block, cheaps, chocolate, cakes, juices. Switched to bananas, veges and meat but started to eat every 3 - 4 hours. I never control amount of meal, calories and so on things. Trust me, you couldnt eat 1kg of vegetables or .5kg of meat every 4 hours. I minimized carbohydrates how I was only able. After two weeks of that not-very-annoying diet I notices the first positive change of my belly size for many years. I didnt start to feel better at all. Overwise, I found several new health problems.
