Have you ever had your Adsense account Re-Opened?

Have you ever been banned / suspended on your Google AdSense account and had it overturned and your account opened up again for use? If so, how did you go about making it happen?

Nope. I've gone through the appeals process only to be rejected again with no explanation.

So I just opened another account in a corporate name.

In 9 years of helping people I've seen 2 people have a ban overturned on appeal. It depends entirely on the infringement as to how you address overturning a ban. There are actually three types of ban. 1.) Temp ban whereby you have to take action in 72 hours or get a permanent ban (Quite Common) 2.) Partial ban whereby they just ban one site in your portfolio (Quite Rare) 3.) Full ban - depending on the infringement you might be able to appeal, but for some infringements e.g.porn, then you can't.
    Hope that helps.

I have never heard of anyone having their accounts reopened. I had an account and it was banned after a month which I don’t understand and they would not go into detail when I contacted them. I used it on a site where they did rev share by allowing people to enter their AdSense codes to make money from the articles and next thing I knew I heard my account had been banned. I never appealed it or anything though.

How long have you had and been using your second account?
It wasn't for nothing too series like porn, illegal, etc.. websites, nor was it for clicking my own ads (bar one or two clicks by mistake) but not sure if the one or two clicks would be the reason. I think, if I can remember correctly as I was several years ago, the reason will have most probrably been for having the ads on pages that dont have what they consider good enough content, for having maybe too many ads on the one page, not sure about anything else.

Cool, and you have never felt you have been close to getting caught and banned again?
That's pretty good, one year, I guess if you were going to get found out about having a second account it would have happened by now :D

There's nothing to get caught about. A corporation is a completely different person.

And I have made sure that all the sites on my new account followed the ToS and policies.

Love to see you go head to head with google over that point in a court of law. I know who my money'd be on. You are still breaking the TOS even though it's in a corporations name - forgive me but it's still you typing in the application details isn't it????? NOT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSON! It's still you doing the application! Do you really think that's a F**King defense? "Oh I thought it wasn't fraud as I used a companies name and not my own" - Best get used to picking the soap up fast in the shower!

Well, you'd lose your money. That's what a corporation is. A fictional legal person.

    From dictionary.com:
    cor·po·ra·tion

[kawr-puh-rey-shuhn] an association of individuals, created by law or under authority of law, having a continuous existence independent of the existences of its members, and powers and liabilities distinct from those of its members. See also municipal corporation, public corporation.

Because trying to open another account is fraud! Consider yourself lucky that you just got banned. If you read what you agreed to, Google reserves the right to take further civil action against those that do this.

    Thanks for this.
Can you mention the source please?

I know someone whose account was restored simply by sending the adsense team an email.
It was all about a naked ass picture in an article talking about cellulite.

Well I thought that was pretty obvious it was my own experience helping people over the years.....As it's being over 9 years and probably over 1,000 people forgive me for not recalling the specific people.
Also pat your friend on the back for us, he was lucky, most nudity results in a total ban. Then try finding an email address for adsense.....

Well I remember my first adsense account was like 7 years ago and it was banned because of self clicks - Yes I was stupid that time. But I have opened another account just a couple of years ago with the same name and it never been banned until now, and I'm still using it and receiving payments like nothing ever happened.
