A report shows 10 percent of people have suffered from depression.I think i am one of them.I dont like talk with others,only enjoy staying alone.I usually feel tired.But i havnt think of suicide.
Its true many people are or have suffered from depression at some point in their life. I have been lucky so far but you never know when you are going to be affected. There are always people that I worse off than you, keep your chin up. Thanks Brian

I'm very silent person, don't really talk much and i love being alone.... But never got depressed at any point of time....
yeah i feel depressed when things don't come in my way...but the good thing is that God is in my heart so i can overcome it easily..

Stick to religion. Thats the only solution. But loneliness is another thing. So much people including me like to be alone with themselves. Its a good thing instead of wasting time with others.
It is natural for a human life to have highs and lows.....Instead of fretting over it, it would be better if we maintain calm and dignity in both the extremes. I have experienced depression too....but not as frequent as w3bmaster to make me an expert! lol Regards, RightMan
Depression is harmless unless it's a disease. i hope you get my point. talk with people you like. you don't need to plan it. find some time to spend with others, go for morning walk, jogging, you will freel much refreshed..
