Not long ago, one guy who come from Argentina come to my site and tell me he can help me to promo my site on the local social website community. And he also provide me with the work he do for his ex-employer. So i believe him and pay $100 a week for post thread on the local related them forum. After making a thread post and a promotion activity in one social network community this guy done nothing only always ask for salary payment. Now i have stop cooperated with him. Have you ever have such experiences? If we employ guys like how we check the work they do for us?

Now i have to looking for the new local guys who qualify to help to promo my website!

You need to specific goals that you accurately relay to your employee. Give them something that can be measured such as "generate X sales", or "post X links on new sites".

If things are vague then you both are likely to be disappointed.

you have to set a list of guidelines and the kind of work that you want to have done. you can easily monitor this by asking your employ to send you an up-to-date report of his work, including the urls and links of the forum or social media postings he or she finished. $100 seem a big amount of money to shell out if you will not be able to get the kind of work you expected in the first place.
