I have been scammed many times online, if you include wasted time following what appeared to be interesting links or offers, only to find out they are scams. The only monetary online "scam" was actually the phone company. Back in the days of dial-up, I was unknowingly attacked by an auto-dialer and found two charges on my next phone bill totalling over $800.00. The phone company's response? "Yeah, it's very common. But we can't do anything about it; can't stop it, can't reduce your bill. Sorry." My reply: "No. I'M sorry!" and got a new phone company.
Yes a few times but you learn from your mistakes. Always ask yourself if its too good to be true then it prob is and use Paypal.
Yeah, Couple of times. But I won't blame it on the other party as well, as it was me only who has made the rush to go for the transaction without doing proper research about it. I think it happens with mostly of us. But the nice thing is that now days I am getting wiser and choosy. So I am avoiding the stuff or method that is not working or not suitable for me.
Yes, I have been scammed twice. and learned something from those. my opinion is using paypal to buy links, domains is too risky if the seller isn't a reputed member. because paypal doesn't support that kinda disputes.
I havent been scammed in money transaction but if you take the time into account then yeah it keeps happening from time to time.
didn't scam what so ever so far .But don't know some thing was happened with our ebay account and every thing we buy comes twice to us .we contacted ebay But they said we cont do anything here .
Unfortunately it still happens to me, even though I keep a log on all the DP scammers. There are always new ones cropping up every day and I just recently got scammed by 2 people who removed my links after I paid for them. Its a shame because it makes it harder on the honest members, as now I'm less likely to buy any links.
Yea, I was scammed 3 days back by an ass**** I paid for a service and what I got was not what we agreed upon. Too bad.
