I did from Facebook once due to a misunderstanding which I had. I also got a refund from Microsoft AdCenter once, but this would probably be more their fault than mine since it was saying in my account that my ads were not being displayed. It basically involved chatting with their customer service for both of these. I only wanted to use up coupons given by GoDaddy. PPC Advertising is such a rip off, is what it seems.
