Have you checked out Cushy CMS?

I came across http://www.cushycms.com/ a few days ago and was surprised I hadn't heard of it or seen it discussed here. I did a short write up of it (shameless blog plug), but it's pretty self explanatory so there isn't too much to say.

That's not how it works. There is a video at the bottom of that post that explains exactly what it is.
