Have you been banned on facebook?

As the title says, have experienced being banned on facebook? I have been banned quite a few times, the bad side about facebook is that they do not tell you why. I have emailed them a lot times asking why I was banned, unfortunately they do not email back.

Anyway, I created a new Facebook account and took some precautions not to be banned again like I limited myself to add like 10 friends a day, posted like 2-3 times on group walls and etc.

 

they wont tell you so its harder to learn from your mistakes and carry on spaming them .. but i guess you know exactly why did they ban you .. i guess not coz you "Poke" someone ..

If you always promote your product in facebook, they will ban you. If you send PM to many people in one time, they will warn you you also. That's what I heard from some experienced marketers.

 

what's the usual thing you do in the past before they banned you?

 

didnt got ban yet! i add about 30 friends on daily bases.
but i also need to know what u did wrong??

 

I havent actually been banned but a month after i joined i had warning messages even though all i did was be friends with people that had invited me to be friends with them.

even though i do the same amount now i havent had a warning message for quite some time.

How does Facebook qualify spamming? Adding 20 friends a day=spamming? What if you've got loads of friends??!

When you spam, you can expect to get banned. Facebook is a social networking site for people to share stuff - not to advertise your services. You know good and well why you were banned.

The funy thing is, all of the people that I know, they have NEVER been banned. But then again, they where not spamming. My wife has a face book. She uses it to keep in touch with her real life friends - that is what facebook is for.

 

It may not be the Facebook staff or the automated anti-spam system. It's quite possible that whomever you're adding on Facebook is manually flagging you as a spammer.

 

I have been temp banned from sending more email, but I haven't had my account banned yet, just the ability to send emails from them.

well , it must be strange.

 

Maybe you should try and add a different ammount of friends each day. If you're adding say 20 people each and every day they'll probably ban you again.

 

maybe i should register facebook.
