Seriously, everybody is complaining about Panda effect but some of us must be advantaged. Honestly, I can tell I was favored by this change, my traffic is growing constantly and now most of my traffic come from Google, so the change was beneficial for me. Everybody else who is in the same situation?
My traffic has been on the rise - way before Panda. I have a resourceful site/community that's of very quality - and it shows because my organic Google traffic is going up - and my link building campaigns contain links on Game sites, on their news, and things like that.
my site's organic has been increased by almost 50% by this update hoping for more crap sites to go down and hardworking webmaster's sites continues to go up
My sites traffic has stayed about the same, no big change at all. One site has been right around 30,000 uniques per day for the past few months, another site hovers around 400 - 600 uniques per day
i think i had a positive outcome - one of my keywords went from page 3 to page 1 - so i really cant complain. Keyword gets exact search results right around 1k - so im pretty happy
That seems to be the case. I have nothing against the Panda update since it seems like all the good webmasters are getting rewarded.
After google Panda, some of my sites getting more visitors. Ranking of sites are improved in google so i am getting more visitors from google
I saw a modest increase in total traffic after the panda update. However, I noticed that the traffic from article directories, especially EzineArticles and Buzzle, fell off sharply. The quality of my total traffic increased. I think this update is probably for the better.
Panda is a very good update from the Google side. We will only get the quality results. So should be more careful with our website updates.
I've benefited. For the most part it is doing what it promises - hand written sites go up, scraped sites go down. However, I have noticed identical youtube and dailymotion videos getting bumped to 2nd and 3rd places for search terms primarily, I believe, due to the comments viewers leave being viewed as unique content. Something to be said for enabling comments on blogs.
