Have you been accepted to the YouTube partner program?

    I know there's a lot of people talking about the new youtube partner program (I wrote about it too). But I was wondering if any of you have been accepted into the program yet?

    Perhaps it's too new for people to be accepted yet but I'm just trying to check out the recent accepted people and see what their stats look like.

    I may try it after I create more videos. A previous YouTube account I had generated millions of views so it's worth a shot.

    It's currently limited to the US and Canada so that excludes a number of people from being able to take part.

    It's the first I have heard about it. It seems they are doing something that 1 or 2 other video streaming companies have already been doing well before youtube got into it.

    i sent my application form of about 6 months ago. Still no reply. YouTube say that if you have at least 1 of your videos monetized than you are in affect a YouTube partner. But obviously most people now a days can get a video monetized. I'm still not sure about the situation with banners and other YouTube partner benefits though.
