Have these sites been sandboxed?

While doing some competition research I've ran across a few sites with lots of backlinks, but they're showing no organic keywords. THe two sites are erotoys.com and adultsensations.com

from backlinkwatch.com they both show thousands of links.
from keywordspy.com they show no organic keywords.
but if you google site:ero....com they're still in the index.

So whats going on with them? I found a thread on google a few years old oddly enough these two are both using magento (but I doubt its a magento thing).

 

if those sites are indexed by google then its not in sandox.. maybe it ranks for other kws..

 

Being indexed doesn't necessarily mean sites will automatically have good rankings.

my dear friend this two point is quite right.

 

There is nothing like sandbox now. Maybe the sites are not able to rank for any keywords that is very much possible.

 

I am not thinking the two site has been sand boxed
