    I am making wholesale online store of shawls and scarves in html. I want to put buy now button of paypal, but i have seen we cannot charge shipping country wise and weight wise. How can i do so with paypal or any other wayout.

    Get a shopping cart script like maian cart or paypal do a shopping cart as well.
    using this method you can set up various things including shipping costs taxes etc

    shopping cart templates can be made to suit your site design although you may need to make some compromises.
    I am not sure about the paypal one as i have never hd call to use it.
    You will need to go to the sites and look over the details of each one then decide which you think you can work with best.
