    Many small business I have contacted seem to have lost interest in their website. Day to day business takes priority and the site brought in little business seems the normal answer.

    How would you set about creating information that would help the small business person become interested again?

    I don't think so, your assumption (or analysis) is far away from the reality. We get more than 10 queries from small to medium business owners each day for website designing and web marketing. The interest is increasing day by day. I don't understand which data made you make this conclusion.
