Have read & applied 'Beating Adwords' and studied PPC! Results - high CTR, NO SALES!!

I have run ad campaigns for the hottest products and the latest gadgets. Have set up my ad campaigns by using all the expert tips and guidance. One of my Adwords accounts has 25 active and super relevant campaigns and I get a healthy CTR in a lot of the campaigns and I haven't made a single sale!

Could the competition be clicking on my ads or do my uncloaked affiliate links get replaced with others and I lose the sales? Am tearing my hair out as I am no dumby at Adwords but can't get these 25 campaigns to convert and I have tweaked and tweaked and tweaked!!

P.S. The reason why I don't always cloak my links it that it appears that some companies don't pay commissions if your affiliate code is disguised!

    Please HELP!!!

    Regards,
    Dave.

I had a conflict with my business partner one day, so we decided to split :)

Before that, our CTR was <0.5% and we always had problems taking decisions ..

After that, my ctr got to 3-4% in the first day and stayed there til now .. First I thought he was doing the same thing(clicking on my ads), but the clicks came from various kw, at different hours, etc.

Like you, I didn't make any sale yet, but I offered a free membership and got 40% conversion rate, some days even 80%.

I'd say you try to watch where your clicks come from and then try to tweak your landing page.

    Good luck

Are the 25 campaigns all for the same product/site?

No the campaigns are evenly spread over different products.
    Thanks,
    Dave.
