I guess I should have worded the title a bit better, should read Have small amount of money, but still will pay beneath is what I hired a programer from this site to build for me. I paid him a deposit because he had all good feedback in his itrader, so I was not worried. But now he has dropped off the face of the planet. He does not reply to my PM, or my emails. So now I have a very small budget to do this with, unless someone wants to go to London and get my money back for me. This is what he was going to do, and he did do part of it, he just did not finish it, nor even give me what he did do. He just showed me it online. 1- A full user base ( Registeration, login, logout, 100% secure, email confirmation) 2- Users will be able to login. When logged in they will be able to upload any files they would like, when they do the file gets uploaded in the server and the details such as names and etc gets recorded in the database. 3- users will be able to view their files, delete and even rename them. 4- Full admin panel meaning you can login, see users, delete users, edit users, see uploaded files, delete uploaded files, edit uploaded files, download uploaded files and etc! Anyways I now only have $200 I guess $250 if its the only way to make it happen. If anyone can help with this it would be great.
I have time to help you complete this for you. I have done things much much more complex then this so it should not be much of a problem. I can definitely get it done for you for your $200 budget maybe even less. If you want me to complete this for you then feel free to let me know and I will get started. To my shock I have counted 17 different members wanting to help with this. I am very happy with the response, but at the sometime don't know what to do. I now have to choose one person out of 17. I was going to give the go ahead to someone asap, as I was not expecting such a large response I figured I would have maybe one or two people respond. I will take a bit of time and go through all the posts and PMs. I very sorry to the 16 that I will not be choosing, but I'd like to think that I will have more work in the near future that I will need done and maybe then I can take advantage of your services. I will be narrowing the search first by eliminating anyone how wants money upfront, I know this is normal, and I would want the same, but as the only dealings with this site has gone very bad as a result of the member that I did choose to do the project. It has left me very cautious. after I have seen a complete working example I will give 50% then when I have it in my hand I will give the rest. if anyone has a problem with this please PM me so it will help to speed up the process. I have a very small time frame for getting this done now, as I have been dealing with the last member for 9 days now. Sorry for such a long post to simply say that I feel bad that I will have to turn down 16 people. I see its now up to 18 just in the time it took to write this.
