Have membership site. How can people upload photos?

    I have a membership site where people will be uploading photos on a daily basis. Is there software I need for this to allow them this capability.

    You can write a php script, where the user can browse pictures on his computer and upload it using a form. You can also do online conversions like GIF to JPEG , set the max upload size in bytes etc..etc..I have a script i have developed for one of my clients.
