Have leads - need email service to send out opt-in emails.

    We have a system to do this, its not cheap, for private clients only.

    We are white listed with AOL and Yahoo, only company we are having problem with is Hotmail.

    I am looking to regularly send out text-only (13k) advertisements for cheap international phonecalls to around 500,000 addresses per month to my South African list at minimum cost. Can anyone provide this service at a cost of less than US$30 per month as per my current supplier - their system has become unreliable and I need to change?
