Hello, I just recently launched a social network for bloggers: www.seekopia.com. For the time being, I am using the standard terms of use and privacy policy but I'm sure there's much more to add to it. Should I be getting a lawyer at this stage or is that only necessary when the site's a bit bigger? What I want to say in my terms is that whenever they submit a post, I have the right to slightly edit it (punctuation, caps, etc) to make sure it looks good on the front end. Is there a good way of saying this? Thanks, Marc
If this site does get more traffic and does get bigger then definitely get a lawyer, I wouldn't get a lawyer as of yet
