    Yeah..
    The Ads are well optimized.
Specially the header and the one above content. You can also try another adblock embedded in the content.

You can also use a 336*280 ad embedded in the content. Put it on top, right.

If you aren't making money off of it, then obviously it's not in the right place. If you are making a good amount of money, then its in the right place. Test, test, test and test some more.

A lot of factors go into it like are you getting enough website visitors? You want to make your ads visible to your users when the first see any page of your site without scrooling

A lot of it is a numbers game, you need a lot of traffic before you start making a lot of money with adsense...

Honest to be, i would move the ads inside the paragraph , to make more people click on them.

As another poster said, if your not making money with it you need to move it around.

I actually tried moving mine because a lot of people told me that I would get better results. I ended up moving it back because I was getting no clicks at all. Each site is different. Play with it until you find what works.

Add more content, your website look "too empty" at the content.
Lengthen the content and put one rectangular ads inside the content

    nice placement!
    I would only suggest 1thing:
instead of text and image ads, try only text ads, it will blend very nicely IMO
