Have Google Started the Link Wheel Penalizing?

I have heard from someone that Google started penalizing the link wheeling. Is it right?

 

Not specifically although they can be picked up and leave a footprint. If it is picked up by Google they can flag it for a manual review and you could get a penalty.

 

If you are worrying about this, you can do spinning for the link wheeling.

 

I don't think so.. Cause it just creating a Link Juice.

 

Hope if you are involved in creating value for the end users, you will never be penalized by Google. So just make sure whatever you do it provides some value or information for the end users and forget rest of the thing and wait for fruit to receive from those efforts.

 

^^Agree, as I said as long as you think it is a good value site that helps people that arrive at it you should be ok on a manual review.
