I wonder with all of those terminated by Adsense threads if any of you have used Adsense protector from http://adsenseclickprotector.com I'm not sure if I should buy it, it seems useful though. Besides tracking each click it also limits the number of page views with Adsense ads from a certain IP. What I missed is cookie protection, so others couldn't boot you using proxy services.
Yeh but Adlogger can't log Firefox (at least 20% of people use it), plus neither of the products have cookie tracking.
Just go ahead and use adlogger as it is the software most people use. If you want to fee more "secure" you may want to purchase the other one.
hey if its a really a good script(adlogger) y isnt google puting it along with the adsence code it gives ?
sory to ask this but what is to boot means? I know boot in PC terms but in adsense I need to learn more
You can try asRep too. However I don't think anything can protect you from being banned (unless you're a big fish). When Google decide - you're banned.
Google has quite good protection against clickers they'll remove the click if they think it's not valid. IMO your job sohuld be only to get visitors to your sites
Yeah although Google has better protection in their side but getting adlogger on your side could not hurt either
I used adlogger but I thought it wasn't that useful esp if you have lots of pageviews ......Adlogger used to register about 200-300 clicks in my forum which was very unlikely but adsense showed only about 10-17 clicks...everyday...
Care to say why? I couldn't test the tracking of Firefox, but it seems the only "protector" script to provide support for Firefox tracking. Missing Firefox is missing about 30% of your viewers, basically you aren't protected by click bombings from these users, not so say Opera or other browsers. Also being able to disable/replace adsense ads after a certain number of page views per IP seems a very good idea, this way click bombings are impossible.
Don't bother too much about adsense protector or whatever! As long as you don't click ads and don't ask anyone to do so, you will be safe.
I personally was booted out with 50000$ in the account with the traditional "invalid click" message, so I don't know how much you can trust Google. On webmasterworld there was a guy who was kicked out with the help of his girlfriend who clickbombed his account, so it's really that easy to boot someone out...
