Have anybody take advantage on google alert?

I just wondering, has anybody here use google alert to auto update their blog?
Or, is there anyway to use it for good content ?

 

yeah, if you have a news blog or site then it would be good to use

 

it's a good way to get content related articles and possibly incorporated them into your sites.

 

Yeh i am using google alert. it is good. it gives me my site indexing result and competitors site indexing result.

 

Agree with btucker. It's a great way to instantly find out what competitors are up to and if you can get into the alert results its more publicity for your own site.

One of google's best products. I am surprised more people are not aware of it.

Just use it to get the latest happening and come up with your own content. And yes, I do use it.

cool, I thought I am the only one left out with this technology. Before I heard about auto update blog tools, I was wondering to have my content auto updated with this. Actually had did it

It is a good way to update yourself but you have to update your blog manually.
