Dude if you want to learn then the best will be to go and have some download from lynda. Best video tuts ever found online
search in google you will get so many to choose http://www.google.co.in/search?q=le...s=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
Yeah...www.w3schools.com is the best website for HTML. They give you exercises so that you can practice and improve your self.
I don't think anyone has suggested w3schools over here...so I'd say..w3schools....no need to thank me.
yes w3schools is good place where you can learn easily ,and also you can see youtube tutorial to make your practice good.
I learned by just playing with the webpages and googling when i got lost (quite often). HTML is pretty flexible, play around with it. It would also be a good idea to download FireBug, a firefox addon to help you temporarily modify website css and html
Like the majority, I would recommend w3schools. However, another of my free tutorial haunts has to be www.tizag.com It all depends, do you prefer to read, or watch the video tutorials?
I found some great html help at the following sites when building my sites: For Character Entity Set(s): w3.org/MarkUp/html3/latin1.html For header tags help: createafreewebsite.net/html_tutorial/header_tag.html General html tutorials: htmlcodetutorial.com/document/ html color codes: w3schools.com/tags/ref_colornames.asp they claim a complete html tutorial: echoecho.com/html.htm
w3school.com is where I learned most of my HTML. Also, dreamweaver. I'm sure most of you designers are cringing but, it's nice to say make a table in dreamweaver and then look at the code it produces to learn tables. But I also recommend once you do learn, start using a text editor right away, something like notepad++ or phpedit, phpedit has a free student version
w3schools.com is definitely one of the top sites for learning HTML. I found most of the tutorials easy, and well worded, unlike on most other websites. But if you're looking for a single tutorial in particular I think you could find other websites as well.
w3schools is really the right site for beginners (and also advance coders) Just try at beginning and go step by step.
