    they say to pay 7 to 10 cents per click
    is it true?
    any one receive any money from them?

    It sounds like their reputation is pretty sketchy.
    I wonder if there is a BBB for the internet to check on companies.

    I think the equivalent to the BBB for the internet is the FTC. You might see if they have any complaints against them there.
