Have any one heard about Magic Submitter?

    I searched and I found this tool:
    magicsubmitter
    It is a software that will create multi backlinks and will post it automatically to the highest PRs
    Should I go for it?

    Ignore them... On net lots of similar kind of tools available, don't add your site on that kind of tool, if you want to do off page work then do manually. These type of tools can be harmful for your website...

    Using automated programs to create links is against Google's webmaster guidelines and will get you penalised.

    It's a dangerous tool for your MAIN website... Black-hat SEO would be dangerous if you don't know what to do. People blast backlinks using those tools to Tier2 & Tier3 backlinks... But I would also advise you to stay AWAY from those! ;)

    Besides, automated article submitters can't manually type in captcha forms anyway. So you're pretty much out of luck there buddy.

    Never heard of it but again as everyone already suggested, I would stay away from anything that is automated (i.e. spammy). Using these tools is the best way to get your site penalized by search engines and flagged as spammy.
