Have all my sub pages show up as links on Google search

How do I get all my other pages on my website to show up under Google?

For example, when you Google "Arby's" you see all the pages such as "View Full Menu" "Store Locator" and so forth all under the Arbys.com link.

Is this accomplished via a meta tag?

    They are called Sitelinks.

This is a video from Google's Matt Cutts, who works for search quality - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lpR34uwujeY

It should give you information on everything related to sitelinks.

It is a Sitelink, your site have to gain much authority and reputation to have sitelinks.

Okay, do i have to configure anything on my end? Or just wait until Google deems me worthy enough to have it?

lol MATT CUTTS! Haven't heard that name in foreeever

Pretty sure only excellent sites get sitelinks, but keep a look out for sitelinks when searching on results that aren't in the top 5. it would be interesting to see a low PR site with sitelinks

Try setting your priority high in your site map on the pages you want site links for. I don't know if that will help but I tried it and those pages are site links on my site now. Might just be a coincidence but Google is really the deciding factor. They decide what sites get site links and what pages.

I have a PR1 site with site links...
